Lydia cannot disconnect a device from a health record. In order to disconnect a device from Lydia, you will need to go to the device company’s website and log in to your account you use to manage the device (e.g. log in to your Fitbit account). Depending on the device company, there may be different steps needed to disconnect the device from Lydia. You can find steps for each vendor listed within each section within the Help Center for that specific vendor under Device Connections. Contact the company’s support if you need assistance in disconnecting the device from Lydia.
