*Omron is only available to users within the United States and Canada.
To connect and transfer readings from your Omron device to your Lydia account:
- Create an online Omron Wellness account.
- Log in to your Lydia account.
- Go to More.
- Click Apps & Devices.
- Click Connect where you see the Omron box.
- Sign in to your Omron Wellness account.
- Give Lydia permission to access data from your Omron device.
- Choose the information you want in your Lydia account from the Application Access section.
- Click Allow.
- You will see a window that asks you to confirm the information you want in your Lydia account. Click Confirm.
- This will take you back to the Connected Devices page in Lydia.
- To see information added from your device, check the appropriate widget (such as your blood pressure measurements within the Blood Pressure Widget, for example).
To sync data from your Omron account to Lydia:
- Log in to your Lydia account.
- Go to More.
- Click Apps & Devices.
- Click the More Options menu (3 vertical dots) in the top right corner of the Omron box.
- Click Sync Now.
- To see information added from your device, check the appropriate widget (such as your blood pressure measurements within the Blood Pressure Widget, for example).
To disconnect your Omron device from your Lydia account:
- Log in to your online Omron Wellness account.
- Go to the Actions.
- Click Apps.
- Click the UNLINK button for Lydia.
- A new tab will open to log in to your Omron Wellness account.
- An Omron Wellness Partner Application Permissions page will open. Click Revoke to disconnect your Omron device from Lydia.
- Click your email address from the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the page (below the Omron logo). Click Confirm.
- Close this tab.
- Log out of your Omron Wellness account by going the Actions menu and clicking logout.
If you have disconnected your Omron device and want to reconnect it:
- Log in to your Lydia account.
- Go to More.
- Click Apps & Devices.
- Click Reconnect where you see the Omron box.
- Follow steps 6 to 12 in to connect and transfer readings from your Omron device to your Lydia account.
If you have disconnected your Omron device and want to reauthorize Lydia to get information from your Omron device:
- Log in to your Lydia account.
- Go to More.
- Click Apps & Devices.
- Click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the Omron box to get to the more options menu.
- Click ReAuthorize.
- This will take you to log in to your online Omron account.
- Choose the information you want in your Lydia account from the Application Access section.
- Click Allow.
- You will see a window that asks you to confirm the information you want in your Lydia account. Click Confirm.
- This will take you back to the Connected Devices page in Lydia.
