There may be a couple of reasons why your data is not appearing within your Lydia account.
Let’s make sure that you were able to migrate your existing Microsoft HealthVault data over to your Lydia account correctly. There are two ways to accomplish this. You can choose to automatically migrate your data by following our quick step by step process, or to manually migrate your data by exporting from HealthVault and then importing into Lydia, click here for instructions.
Also, if you selected to manually export and import your data from HealthVault to Lydia, sometimes the CCD export can cause come data not to merge over. You may review the data you are missing from your export and enter it manually into Lydia too. A few things to note:

Medical Image Study
The following data types will not migrate over to Lydia:
Medical image study V1
Medical image study V2
Family history person
Genetic SNP result
Note: There could be some CCDs that when generated from HealthVault will render invalid. This is due to a known issue within HealthVault.
