How do Accounts and Records work together?

An important dynamic between accounts and records in Lydia is that one account can access multiple records and one record can be accessed by multiple accounts. To better understand this dynamic, let’s use an example of a family that consists of a mom, a dad, a child, and a grandparent. All four members of the family have a record in Lydia, but only the two parents have accounts. Using their two separate accounts, the mom and dad can access and modify the records of all four family members.
