Lydia can connect to certain third-party devices so information from your devices can be uploaded to your health record. Device providers such as Fitbit and Omron are owned and managed by third parties (someone other than Lydia and you). Each device provider has its own privacy policy, end user license agreement and other terms and conditions. These terms and conditions explain how you can use your device and what other systems and software you can connect to. Other terms and conditions, including access to the third-party products, may be changed by third parties at any time so we can’t guarantee your continued access to the devices. Get Real Health, which powers Lydia, has no way of knowing if third party companies follow data privacy laws or other specific laws and regulations. Choosing a third party device is your responsibility. Lydia, powered by Get Real Health, is not responsible for a third party or third-party product, how a product performs, or how a product is used.
Mention of third parties and third-party products in any materials, documentation, advertising, or
promotions from Lydia to you is for information purposes only. This does not mean we approve,
support, or recommend a certain third party or third-party product. All information about a third-party
product is given by the seller or supplier. All understandings, agreements, or warranties (if any) take
place directly between the seller and the user. Use of a third-party device company within Lydia does
not mean the third-party device company approves of or supports us or any of our third-party ideas,
websites, products, or services.
